Lot numbers, sizes, frontages, and boundaries shown on this site are indicative and subject to final survey, subdivision, and registration of titles. Staging plans and the total number of stages or lots across the estate may change. Expected title and settlement dates are estimates only and depend on matters outside VIMG’s control, including approvals from the Western Australian Planning Commission, the Shire of Gingin, Landgate, and other relevant authorities, and the progress of civil works. VIMG gives no guarantee that any stated timeframe will be met.

6. Masterplan and future facilities
